The Phantom Pig team embraces veganuary and has devised a truly scrumptious menu as befits adventurous diners on Friday 26 January.

Six courses, mystery snacks and a tipple on arrival sets the tone for this evening of foodie heaven. Our journey takes in a smoke house, orchards, hedgerows, allotments and a local hostelry and each dish has been devised to tickle the tastebuds and imagination.

Take a peak at the menu and you start to get an idea of what's on offer - you have to wait until the pop up to relish the full experience and flavour of the dishes. The team never ceases to surprise and amaze and you will spend hours deciding which was your best dish on the menu.
