Local Pupils Perform At The Royal Albert Hall

Musical pupils from schools throughout Ealing have performed at the Royal Albert Hall.

The Ealing Percussion Academy Senior group played recently at the Music For Youth Primary Proms.

The group, performed 3 pieces - La Meurte De Angel, The Typewriter and El Cumbanchero.

They played twice during the day to a sold out Royal Albert Hall of Primary school children, many of whom were experiencing their first concert at the iconic venue.

Ealing Percussion Academy began 5 years ago and this group was one of the first groups put together.

Musical Director Ben Gale said he was incredibly proud of the achievements of the boys who have had a busy year performing in the Music For Youth festivals as well as on tour in Germany and France.
