A new craft bakery serving until 2am will be opening in Ealing next year.

'Not Parkers' will take the place at 64 Northfield Avenue vacated by Parkers, a family run business, which served Ealing for more than 156 years.

The popular store closed its doors in April 2019.

The new shop - 'Not Parkers' is currently being set up and owner Michael Morgan has announced the opening, he says:

'' I hear so many encouraging words from all around about Parkers it's such a community based institution that I feel fortunate it has been fallen into my hands. The business will be called "Not" Parkers and sell exactly the same style of products as they did prior but in addition feature businesses such as American dessert company Piece of Velvet, Karma Cola and Dalston Soda.''

The company plan to partner with companies that have a sustainable ethos and planet friendly outlook, and say they hope to serve the community, just like Parkers, for the next 156 years.

Selling a range of goods including bread, cakes, hot and cold food baked on the premises the new artisan bakery is expected to open on 1st February and everyone's invited for free cake and waffles.
