The people of Greenford have been thanked for their generosity in helping victims of the Nepal earthquake.

The registered charity 'Help Nepal Foundation', was set-up immediately in the aftermath of the catastrophic earthquake in Nepal by a group of Nepalese based in West London.

All the trustees and members of the group are from Greenford and neighbouring areas, and much of the fundraising has been conducted within the area based in local stores and shops.

To date, they have collected £942 from donations by the public in Greenford.

The charity want to say ‘Thank You’ to the Greenford Community for their huge generosity in helping the victims of the Nepal Earthquake and have issued a a Certificate of Appreciation which they would like to share.
