The beautiful weather and lockdown combination has made us all the more appreciative when we do get out for our daily exercise.

Steve Haskett is now taking a daily walk on Hanwell meadows crossing over to Warren Farm and sometimes then going through Long Wood nature reserve. He says the light is at its best for photography in the early morning or late evening and he always has his eye open for a photo. He adds, "It does seems ironic that once we were all told to stay at home but we could take a daily exercise it has made me actually do it daily which I didn't before, so at this rate I should be healthier than before lock down and have a full photo album as well."

Some lovely photos of the area have also been sent in by Susi Mawani who took a walk along the River Brent in Hanwell to Pitshanger Park.

Gina King sent us pictures of wildflowers taken in Jubilee Meadows and Warren Farm on her daily dog walk/exercise one of which is below.
