An Ealing strip club is applying to open 7 days a week until 4.30am.

LA Confidential - which calls itself ' the premier gentlemen's club' was formerly a nightclub, 'Club Boulevard', and began operating as an 'adult' venue in a smaller part of the premises in the late 1990's. It currently doesn't open on Sundays.

La Confidential

It is now much expanded and describes itself as the 'most stylish table dancing club in London'  and claims that it 'boasts an array of stunning, beautiful and friendly dancers to ensure your evening is pleasurable and memorable from the time you enter till the time you leave. Our experienced and friendly staff are always on hand to make sure your night is unforgettable in our luxurious and spacious venue. Come and experience a night and make it a day never to you will never forget.'

The downstairs venue on the High Street currently operates until 3am on weekdays and 5am at the weekend, and is closed on Sunday.

In a license renewal application the club which is classified as a 'sex establishment' under the licensing act seeks to vary some of its terms including closing times.

It wants to transfer the licence from Club Karma UK Ltd to Bespoke Leisure Ltd  and 'vary  the hours of operation by a 1/2 hour until 0430 am Sunday to Saturday - inclusive for 7 days a week.'

The application can be viewed here and is open for representation until 19/03/2018.

Anyone wishing to submit representations must give notice in writing to the licensing authority giving in detail the grounds of objection by the last date for objections.

Local Conservative ward representative, Councillor Alex Stafford is not in favour of the club of the licence changes, he says: ''There is no need for this extablishment to extend its hours. We have to think of the residents and neighbours and I have recieved complaints in the past abouty some of LA Confidential's practices so I do not think they should be rewarded with increasing their opening hours.''

We have asked LA Confidential why they want to extend opening times and await reply.
