A festive film shot around Hanwell and Ealing has been released - just in time for Christmas.

'The Lock Keeper' - is not quite the usual festive family fare ( & not suitable for children) but has been received well.

'' Very very very dark.... and very funny too.'' writes actor Simon Callow.

It's been described as ‘It's a Wonderful Life meets Cape Fear' and was shot last summer around Hanwell and South Ealing.

The short has been written and directed by local filmmaker, Rob Hurtt, whose previous films have met with critical acclaim with ‘Come Outside' being described as ‘the strangest thing I've ever seen!' by Ricky Gervais and Michael Palin saying of the film ‘WAVE' - Truly odd and quirky film making. .

Mr Hurtt received help to make his latest film from the local community and would like to thank all involved.
