Detectives from the Trident and Area Crime Command are investigating after a shot was fired at a car in South Ealing.

Police say it happened about 12:00hrs on Sunday, 12 November at Occupation Lane, W5.

The occupants of one car discharged a firearm towards another car, both cars had left the scene prior to police arrival. There were no reports of any injuries and there have been no arrests. Residents report the road was sealed off whilst forensic officers carried out investigations.

The incident happened the day after Khalid Abdi Farah was shot dead in Southall.
Police haven't said if they believe the incidents to be connected.
