Skating on Thin Ice

Wintery scenes from Gunnersbury Park

The photos of the icy Gunnersbury Park lake were taken and sent in by Beryl Bashford who noted:  

'' The swans had a small area in which to float  no doubt their body heat had melted the ice. However..the gulls were walking or skating on the thin ice !!''
