A local independent estate agency, started 5 years ago in a ‘broom cupboard of an office ‘ is celebrating after being shortlisted for The Negotiator Awards’ London Agency of the Year.

Go View London, based at Ealing Common, is the only independent agent in London to make the shortlist for the London category and they are also shortlisted for the national award of Small Lettings Agency of The Year (1-3 Branches).

The Negotiator Awards is one of the most prestigious awards open to estate agents across the UK.  The judging panel includes Peter Bolton King, Global Residential Director from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Peter Savage, President of the Association of Residential  Letting Agents (ARLA).

Nominated alongside Go View London for London Agency of the Year are Foxtons, Marsh and Parsons,  John D Wood, Martyn Gerrard, Portico and Keatons.

Director Donald Collins is delighted his company has achieved national recognition:  “We started the estate agency in a broom cupboard of an office but grew through word of mouth referral and recommendations into a 1000 sq ft office at Ealing Common.

“We have only achieved the success we have through hard work, endeavour and sincerity that we always do the best for our client.  Our track record in achieving record prices and delivering results has undoubtedly helped our growth but also so has the overall experience we give to clients during the moving process.”

Director Bryan Light is proud is proud of his company’s employment record and its status as a leading local employer in the estate agency field:

“We now employ 11 hard working individuals who have come to us from a variety of backgrounds and most without any industry experience.  We have a continuous training and development programme that works hand in hand with the front-end agency to ensure that as an organisation we deliver the best in client service and our staff retention is second to none.

“We have ensured that if a young individual with a passion for developing their career joins us we have the environment in place that they can grow and really be a part of our close knit and proactive team.”

The awards are held on on 3 November 2015 at the Park Lane Hilton, and hoping for the Ealing double is Philip Arnold Auctioneers, who are nominated for the Residential Auction House of the Year.
