Police called to a property in Gurnell Grove after reports of safety concerns

A man's been arrested on suspicion of GBH after a women was found with a head injury inside a property in Gurnell Grove.

Police were called to the residential address in W13, at around 2.45pm on Monday, (13 January) following reports of a concern for welfare.

Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.

A woman was found with a head injury. She was taken to hospital for treatment. The injury is not believed to be life-threatening.

A man inside the property was arrested on suspicion of causing GBH. He has been taken to hospital after he became unwell.
