The loft and roof of a semi-detached Ealing house have been badly damaged in a fire.

Six fire engines and 35 firefighters and officers were called to the house in Corringway, Ealing this Wednesday morning (18 April).

Most of the loft of the semi-detached property was alight. The Brigade's 999 Control Officers say they took 12 calls to the blaze.

The Brigade was called at 10.40am.

Fire crews from Ealing, Park Royal and Wembley fire stations are at the scene damping down.

The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
