Summertime And The Living is... Ealing

Festival time kicks off in a blaze of sunshine

A perfect sunny day saw the first of Ealing's Festivals kicking off in Ealing Common.

The Eat Drink Ealing food festival brought a whole range of gourmet food and drink traders together on Ealing Common and with plenty of entertainment on offer it felt like summer had truly arrived.

The vibe was laid back and relaxed with a range of great sounds from established local musician and Ealing blues festival director Robert Hokum, to the up and coming new boys, Chasing Deer.

If the weather stays as good as this Ealing will evidently be the place to be this July.

Other events coming up include the Greenford and Acton Carnivals, Beer Festival, and Blues and Jazz festivals and not forgetting the Comedy.
