farmers Market - punch and judy

There will be children’s entertainers, Punch and Judy music with a busking competition and free cake! Plus all the regular market stalls.

The weekly Farmers Market is the boroughs only street market and every week 20 -30 stalls sell their food and drink to local people in Ealing. Farmers come from the home counties every Saturday with everything from fruit and vegetable, free range meats, eggs and even raw milk.

Barry Cox a farmer from Buckinghamshire has made the journey every week for the last 15 years to sell his chicken and lamb and loves the market’ it’s great to meet all my customers’ many have been coming as long as me and voted me their favourite stall at the market.

Mark Handley market organiser said ‘ we are just starting the English apple season it’s a great time to come to market for the freshest apples you can find plus an amazing range of autumn berries and vegetables

The farmers market was launched by Ealing Council to attract more people to the area on Saturdays and footfall has grown in the area on Saturdays which has benefited local businesses and made Saturday into more of a traditional market day
