Man Jailed For Ignoring West Ealing Exclusion Order

Said Muhammed found guilty of 19 breaches of interim injunction

A man's been jailed after continually breaching an exclusion order in West Ealing.

Evidence from council officers, police and A2 Dominion staff was provided in the civil case against Said Muhammad from Perivale. Witness statements were also taken from residents.

The 30-year-old breached his order by entering West Ealing repeatedly, an area from which he had been excluded due to involving himself in anti-social behaviour including allegations of drug dealing and threatening his former partner's neighbours.

District Judge Nicholson at Brentford County Court handed Mr Muhammad a six-month custodial sentence on Wednesday, 21 March 2018 for the breaches and granted the full Injunction Order for a period of 2 years (ending 2020) with all the prohibitions carrying a power of arrest.

Mr Muhammad has been on the radar of local police and council for more than two years and the first breach was committed only a few days after the first hearing at Brentford in June 2017.
