New Sunset Mile Event to Be Held Around Lammas Park
Race being run on the weekend of the Ealing Half Marathon

A new one-off event is to be held this year on the weekend of the Ealing Half Marathon.
The EHM Sunset Mile race is to take place at 7pm on 27 September at Lammas Park. It has been organised by the Ealing Half Marathon Legacy Community Interest Company (EHM Legacy)
Participants will pass under the famous Ealing Half Marathon finish gantry two days before the Ealing Half Marathon finishers do the same.
This brand-new event introduces a weekend of activity in Lammas Park, Ealing and is followed by the Ealing Mini Mile on Saturday (28 September) and the Ealing Half Marathon itself on Sunday (29 September).
EHM Legacy is the community arm of Ealing Half Marathon and also delivers the monthly Ealing Mile, in Lammas Park.
Rachel Job, Events and Project Coordinator, EHM Legacy said: “The huge growth of our regular Ealing Mile and our recent Ealing Summer Mile Series has demonstrated how accessible and popular the mile distance is so we’re really pleased we can provide another opportunity for all abilities to take part in an event that kicks-off the fantastic Ealing Half Marathon weekend”.
The new EHM Sunset Mile is an official UK Athletics licensed race with an accurately
measured mile course.
