You can have your say on proposed changes to Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre at a consultation event this Saturday.

Plans to liven up the 30-year-old centre include a public plaza in the town square, a new entrance to the shopping mall, upgrading the car park and turning offices to flats above the shops.

More information and a chance to provide feedback will be available at www.ealingbroadwayshopping.co.uk/plans (from Monday 1st December).

This next phase in the life of the Centre comes following a £12.5m programme of refurbishment and modernisation which started earlier this year.

Andrew Rollings, the new Centre Director for Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre, said:

“We’re really excited about these proposals to make Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre an even better place to shop and would like to hear what people think. Modernising the town square will allow us to play a bigger role in the community, and the transformation of the Centre we are proposing will improve the experience for everyone.”

The planning application is expected to be submitted to Ealing  Council in the New Year.

Anyone interested in the proposals can attend the consultation event on Saturday 29th November between 11am and 3pm in the vacant shop unit at the High Street entrance to the Centre, opposite Costa Coffee.
