May be disruption near Manor Road on Sunday 6th October

As part of the Crossrail project, Network Rail will be undertaking some minor works on the tracks near Manor Road.

They will be installing a new signalling power supply unit near the tracks at the end of Manor Road, West Ealing.

A letter has been sent to local residents:

On Sunday 6 October Crossrail will be working from 00:01 to 10:00 to install the unit.

This work is not expected to create significant noise but residents may notice the work and vehicles using Manor Road to enter the site on Sunday morning.

In accordance with the Crossrail Construction Code, we will endeavour to minimise any unnecessary environmental impacts and those working on site will be briefed on their obligations to work considerately.
