Cannabis Factory Found In W13

Neighbours on Lynton Avenue alerted police

Police have discovered a cannabis factory at a residential house in W13 after being alerted by neighbours.

On Monday, 9 June, officers from Cleveland Safer Neighbourhoods Team executed a warrant under section 23 misuse of drugs act at an address in Lynton Avenue, London W13.

Officers found over 320 cannabis plants. A 39 year old man was arrested for production of cannabis. March 18, 2014

Vinh Van Luong, 39 of no fixed abode was charged with production of cannabis on 10 June and attended Ealing Magistrates’ Court on 11 June where he was remanded in custody to appear at Harrow Crown Court on 23 June.
