Man's Body Pulled From River Brent in Hanwell

Police treating the death as ' unexplained'

Police are investigating following the discovery of a man's body in the River Brent in Hanwell this morning ( Sat 20th October).

There has been major police activity at Brent Meadow by the Viaduct and the area has been sealed off.

Police say they were called to Uxbridge Road, W7 at 0741hrs and have confirmed that the body of a male was recovered from the river near the viaduct shortly after 1000hrs.

No further details have been provided.

They say the death is currently being treated as 'unexplained' and enquiries are continuing.
