New book swap scheme at West Ealing Station

If you travel to and from West Ealing Station, watch out for the newly installed WEN Book Swap shelves in the ticket office. 

Inspired by the success of similar schemes, WEN has launched its first Book Swap in West Ealing. 

The idea is to offer commuters the opportunity to read a good book travelling to and from work. 

There are over 60 books on the shelves and we hope some books get returned for other travellers to read but we'll also keep an eye out and stock up as and when needed.

As well as making your journey more enjoyable, one of the hidden joys of Book Swap is the chance to pick up a book by an unknown author and discover a new talent.   

Any comments and ideas on the WEN Forum about how we could develop Book Swap in West Ealing are very welcome.

If you have any spare books that you no longer want, but think others might enjoy, you can drop them off at the Book Swap too. If you have lots and lots of spare books gathering dust, get in touch as they'd be great for the Book Swap!
