Traffic officers are appealing for witnesses after a cyclist was injured in Northolt on Saturday (12th July).

Police were called shortly before 0530hrs to reports of the collision. Officers attended and found a black Nissan Juke had been in collision with a cyclist on Church Road, opposite the junction with Eskdale Avenue.

The cyclist, a 30-year-old woman, was taken to a central London hospital suffering a head injury. He condition is described as serious but stable.

The driver of the car, a woman aged approx. 30, stopped at the scene. She and her passenger, also a woman were taken to a west London hospital as a precaution.

Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating. There has been no arrest at this time and enquiries continue. Any witnesses or anyone with any information are asked to the witness line on 020 8991 9555.
