It became the focal point for community grief - covered in flowers, candles and cards, now the clocktower in Hanwell is showing its love once again.

Today (14th February) would have been the 15th birthday of Alice Gross - the talented local teenager who was found dead on 30th September 2014.

As a gesture, to show how much the local neighbourhood cares, the Hanwell Clocktower has been 'love bombed', covered in fabric hearts - a suitable tribute on Valentine's Day.

The page set up in Alice's memory which is raising funds for the National Foundation For Youth Music has already raised more than £20,000.

Her family say they set up the tribute site because of the joy Alice found in music making, and to give the same opportunity to other young people.
