Smash and Grab Jewellery Robbery in Greenford

Police appeal for witnesses after hammer raid on shop

Police were called at approx 11:20hrs on Wednesday 22 December to reports of
robbery at a jewellery shop in Ruislip Road, Greenford, Middlesex.
Four male suspects entered the Altaif Foreign Exchange and Jewellers by smashing their way throught the front door using a hammer.

They entered the shop and made demands for cash to two employees inside the shop.

The suspects then smashed jewellery cabinets and made off with a quantity of gold jewellery.

All four suspects then got into a dark coloured hatchback vehicle and drove westbound along The Broadway, and then on the A40 towards central London.

It is believed that all four suspects are aged between 18-20 years and were wearing dark/black clothing and balaklavas. All suspects held bags and at least one was in possession of a hammer.
