Police are releasing CCTV stills of a man wanted in connection with a robbery in Northolt, on Wednesday 1 December.

The suspects entered the shop - a bookmakers - armed with what appeared to be a long barrelled gun in a black bin liner.

Suspect 1 demanded cash from a member of staff on duty at the time, whilst suspect 2 told everyone else to get out of the shop.

The suspects attempted to smash the panes of glass in front of the staff before fleeing the premises empty handed.

Both suspects are described as being in their 20s, of average height and build and speaking with London accents.

"Whilst we are grateful that no one was injured, this was a traumatic
experience for those involved. We will be using all of the expertise and
experience available to the Flying Squad to track down those intent on

The CCTV issued to the media shows a man police would like to identify
as part of their investigation.
