Six fire engines and around 30 firefighters were called to a fire in a two storey house on Mulgrave Road in Ealing, in the early hours of this morning.

The building’s first floor and a roof was badly damaged by fire. Four people left the property before the Brigade arrived, uninjured.

The Brigade was called at 0227 and the fire was under control at 0555. Crews from Acton, Wembley, Chiswick and Willesden stations were in attendance.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
