A 75-year-old man from Ealing has been arrested by Thames Valley Police after a raid on a storage facility turned up what are suspected to be stolen generators.

He was held, along with a 33-year-old main, after a raid on the site in Denham near the A40.

In all eight generators were found by the rural crime taskforce and a Transit van and Ford Ranger pickup truck were also seized as it is believed they were being used in criminal activity.

The generators are suspected to have been taken from Hertfordshire, Essex and the Thames Valley.
