Two men from Ealing have been arrested in connection with the murder of a man in Hounslow earlier this month.
32-year-old Wesley Angel and 23-year-old Nathan Angel appeared in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 30 June charged with the murder of Karamjeet Singh Reel and possession of a bladed article.
Both men were arrested by detectives on 28 June.
A third man aged 25 was arrested on Wednesday, 29 June on suspicion of conspiracy to murder – he remains in custody.
The 31-year-old man was found seriously injured with stab wounds on Staines Road at 12.30am on Saturday, 25 June
Despite the efforts of the emergency services, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
His family have been informed and formal identification has taken place.
They continue to be supported by specialist officers.
A special post-mortem examination took place at Uxbridge Mortuary on Saturday, 25 June and gave his cause of death as a stab wound.
Detective Chief Inspector James Shirley, from the Met's Specialist Crime Command, said, “Our investigation continues into the events that led to Karamjeet’s murder. We still need to speak to anyone who was in the area of Staines Road in Hounslow in the early hours of Saturday, 25 June and witnessed anything that may be of relevance.
“I would ask anyone with information, no matter how insignificant you think it may be, to get in contact with my officers – it could prove to be a crucial piece of the wider picture that enables us to identify whoever is responsible.”
