Teenager tells member of the public he was attacked by a group of youths

A cordon was set up around an area of Mattock Lane in Ealing this Saturday afternoon (5 December) after a report of a stabbing.

The police were called to the area at 5:07pm after a notification was received that a teenager had approached a member of the public saying that he had been approached by a group of youths and stabbed.

The 17-year-old victim was taken to hospital by London Ambulance Service and his condition has been assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.

There have been no arrests at this early stage.
