Two 37-year-old men from Ealing borough have been charged after a man was killed in High Wycombe on Saturday night (22 August) in what police are describing as a targeted attack.

Martin Stanislaus from Delta Grove, in Northolt, has been charged with killing 26-year-old Lee Gillespie who was found stabbed to death on Church Street, High Wycombe.

Leigh Burns from Willcott Road in Acton has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder along with 36-year-old Jodie Willis, 36 from The Mead, Beaconsfield.

All three are due to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates' Court.

Senior Investigating Officer, Det Chief Insp Ailsa Kent from the Major Crime Unit described the stabbing as a targeted attack and reassured residents in the area that it was an isolated incident involving people who were known to each other.
