Biker Seriously Injured in Greenford Crash

Police appeal for witnesses

At about 00.50hrs on Sunday 19 September a collision occurred between red Toyota Celica and a silver ZX 600 FE Kawasaki motorcycle in Whitton Avenue East, Greenford.

The car failed to stop.

The motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to hospital where he remains in a critical condition

A Toyota Celica was found nearby.

A man subsequently attended Kennington Police Station that afternoon and was arrested in connection with the inquiry. He was later bailed to return pending further inquiries.

Police are appealing for witnesses to this incident, and anyone who can assist should Sgt Cheryl Frost from the North West Traffic Garage (Alperton) on 020 8998 5319.
