Man Due in Court Charged With Murder

Following a house fire in Perivale in July

A 41 year old man has been charged with murder after a house fire in Perivale.

Police officers, London Fire Brigade, London Ambulance Service and the air ambulance attended the incident at Haymill Close on Friday 30 July.

36 year old Amanda Beresford was taken to Chelsea and Westminster hospital suffering burns but later died from her injuries.

Jeff Clarke, of Haymill Close, Perivale was charged on Friday 10 September, with the murder of Amanda Beresford, 36, at Haymill Close, Perivale on Friday 30 July.

He appeared in custody at West London Magistrates' Court on Friday 10 September.

He was remanded and is due at the Old Bailey on Wednesday 15 September.
