Police say they are not treating death as suspicious

Emergency services are on the scene at Boston Manor tube station after a person died on the tracks nearby this Monday morning (25 November).

British Tranport Police (BTP) say they were called to the station at 7.44am following a report of a casualty on the tracks.

A BTP spokesperon added, "Officers attended but sadly a person has been pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is not being treated as suspicious."

Passengers on a Piccadilly line train report having to be evacuated from the carriages at Boston Manor and instructed to leave the station.

TfL reported a disruption to services at 7.52am this Monday (25 November). They closed the Piccadilly line between Northfields and Heathrow but it reopened at 9.45am although delays continued.
