Motorcyclist Injured in Accident Near Ealing Common

Crash involving motorbike and BMW

A 31 year old motorcyclist is being treated for serious injuries after an accident near Ealing Common.

It happened on Sunday just before 2pm on the Uxbridge Road near Hangar Lane station.

The man received multiple injuries including leg fractures and injuries to his elbows and knees.

He was taken to Charing Cross hospital for further treatment.

The female driver of the BMW wasn't injured.

The westbound stretch of the Uxbridge Road (A4020) between Twyford Avenue and the North Circular Road was closed for a few hours and buses were diverted.
